Into a pot last night went the following:
2 cans of beer
2 beer cans of water
1 generous palmful of Old Bay seasoning
and when boiling:
2 large potatoes, cut into 10 pieces each
2 ears of corn, cut into 4ths
when corn and potatoes were tender in went
1 lb peeled de-veined shrimp
the whole thing cooked for about 4 more minutes until the shrimp were done, and then was drained and served on a big platter with plenty of butter and Tabasco available, in the center of the table for The Hub and I to share.
